The birds may serenade you as you come off “A” Avenue onto First St toward the Mellinnium Plaza Park and along side the Lake View Village retail stores which opened in November of 2003.

On your right you will see Francisco Salgado’s yellow colored “Jump” (sponsored by Pacific West Bank into 2010) which is a part of Lake Oswego’s “Gallery Without Walls” sponsored by the Arts Council of Lake Oswego.
