As to trees and Lake Oswego, The Century Tree Project celebrates what it calls some of our oldest living “residents”.  With over 20 trees, one of which is 300 years old, you can find one more thing to enjoy about Lake Oswego as it celebrates it’s 100 years of existence. Don’t forget to visit the Lake Oswego Centenninal Celebration 1910-2010 website.

The play structure is great for younger kids, basketball area for the older ones. Covered area. Benches. If you look closely you will see “A Beautiful Day”, the bronze statue by Kevin Pettelle.

The next time you have your garbage hauled away, you might be thankful for the Rossman family who donated 4 downtown lots for this park in 1991.
